MOSCOW: US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday arrived in Russia for crucial talks on disarmament and a meeting of the international quartet on the Middle East, a French news agency correspondent reported.
Clinton arrived at a Moscow airport at around 0430 GMT. She was due in the afternoon to meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov for bilateral talks expected to push forward attempts to agree a new US-Russia disarmament treaty.
